Kula Kai is a three story secured building. Giving access to only tenants.

We are located right off of the San Mateo Bridge (Highway 92) in Foster City.  Within minutes you will find yourself at a variety of commerce including markets, food and shopping centers.

The complex is also within walking distance from Brewer Island Elementary School and other schools.

We have one bedroom and two bedroom floor plans available. Our apartments feature central heating and large windows.

Our apartments come unfurnished and equipped with a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator*. Each balcony or patio overlooks the garden and fountain area or the pool. Assigned parking is included with every apartment.

We feature a large pool heated seasonally April through the end of September. A small gym is also available for your enjoyment on the second floor. We have a common laundry room located on the ground floor with washers and dryers that are equipped for you to directly swipe your debit or credit card into. In addition you can check online whether the machines are available or in use and how many minutes are remaining in the cycle.

On our property location, it is smoke free and we have a no pet policy.
